Every server you purchase from Encrypt Fortress includes our built-in support, but if you need more management, we also offer our proactive management suite. This suite allows you to purchase advanced management services, monitoring, priority support, and includes free administration hours designed to supplement the administration and maintenance of your self-managed servers. Encrypt Fortress’ management suite enables you to create the optimal management plan for your business, lowering your operational costs and improving the security and availability of your hosted environment.

Encrypt Fortress’ built in support level of management includes basic monitoring, on-demand OS updates and patches (one request per month), and on-demand server security and health assessments (one request per month). This is the perfect package if you and/or your administrative team handles the day-to-day operations of your server but could require assistance on rare occasions. As always general support is free as long as the request (the thread in its entirety) can be fulfilled in 25 minutes or less. General support provides you with a guaranteed 2 hours or less response from a support engineer.

Basic Level is considered self managed. Encrypt Fortress partners with you to provide the basic managed services that your server environment requires to stay up-to-date and online. You should be prepared to take a very active role in your server’s ongoing maintenance including administering or requesting frequent security checks, applying critical patches, and auditing system efficiency and stability. Encrypt Fortress’ approach to monitoring on built in level is: your server as a whole is being checked for general availability as our agents check HTTP.

If you or your team has handled a server before, this is a good option. You will have the necessary skills to maintain and manager your server. Monitoring on the server is basic, meaning your overall server is being checked for availability and not individual services or domains. It is very possible that a single service can fail and our monitoring system will still see your server as alive and active. All of the higher levels include a complete monitoring and recovery solution.

Level 2 Proactive Management Suite, Medium level of management, auto server updates, and server monitoring (Semi-Managed) $39/monthly

Level 2 Proactive Management Suite is our medium level management solution Dedicated servers are placed within a port monitoring solution and you are able to define the specific Quick Response Recovery procedures you want to take place in the event of a service failure. In addition to monitoring your overall uptime, the server also gets added to our advanced resource monitor that provides a careful watch over memory, CPU, and server load usage. As part of the level 2 service, you don't need to worry about ever updating your server as it will be part of our auto updating service carried out by the system administrators of Encrypt Fortress. In addition to the intensive amount of support and services you get provided with level 2 service, you will also have the ability to utilize up to 2 hours of advanced technical support. This service alone would normally cost $75.00 per hour, but you get 2 hours included as part of the level 2 package.

Level 3 Proactive Management Suite: High level of security, management, auto server updates, and server monitoring $69/monthly

Level 3 Proactive Management Suite provides you the maximum amount of management while still leaving you in the drivers’ seat. Dedicated servers are placed within a port monitoring solution, and you are able to define the specific Quick Response Recovery procedure you want to take place in the event of a service failure. In addition to monitoring your overall uptime, the server also gets added to our advanced resource monitor that provides a careful watch over memory, CPU, and server load usage. As part of the level 3 service you do not need to worry about ever updating your server as it will be part of our auto updating service carried out by the system administrators of Encrypt Fortress. In addition to the intensive amount of support and services you are provided with level 3, you will also have the ability to utilize up to 3 hours of advanced technical support. This service alone would normally cost $75.00 per hour, but you get 3 hours included as part of the level 3 package.

At Encrypt Fortress, technical support is 24/7, as close as your keyboard. Sign in through encryptfortress.com, our customer support portal, and click on "Support Ticket System." The support system is monitored by real people ready to help. Tickets may be submitted 24/7 and will receive quick and timely responses to get your problems resolved as fast as possible.

Without optional remote reboot service, you can trigger a remote reboot of your server.* For more individualized attention, you can also request a manual reboot.

Uptime Monitoring

Reactive system monitoring through our exclusive IP Alert system. IP Alert constantly pings each server and notifies our staff. Optionally you can add proactive monitoring where we can monitor server services and we will act on your standing instructions and activate pre-established incident escalation procedures.

We monitor your system's processor and memory against parameters you set and alert you anytime utilization strays from the mark.

Network-Based Security Protection
